Biography
In Own Words:
Curling has shapped my entire life - where I chose to go to school, where I reside, how I spend my time outside of work and how I personally have evolved. It has taught me discipline, planning skills, how to create goals and how to deal with losses. Now that I am out of school and in the real world, I can't imagine not having Curling outside of work to strive for.

Curling has given me something to look forward to - I love when hard work pays off, and I like the sense of accomplishment from doing something harder or better than I have before, it makes me want more accomplishments. With the sport evolving - I have evolved; more fitness, more mental toughness and more drive to keep up with the exciting changes. No game, team, or training is ever the same and I love that about the sport.

Questions and Answers
Who\What introduced you to Curling?
My dad made me go when I was 10 years old

Do you have any pre-game superstitions or rituals?
Nope

What is your career highlight to date?
The last Olympic Trials (2014) - I changed my delivery and worked harder than I ever have to become ready for that week. I will forever be proud of myself and my team for doing so much in such a short time frame together. Losing was tough - but I see clearer now what the extra preparation did and what more might be needed mentally and physically.
