Biography
In Own Words:
Curling is a huge part of my life and has been since I was 10 years old. The first day of curling every season is my favourite day of the year and I anticipate it the way a child looks forward to their birthday or Christmas each year. I have forged 2 lifelong friendships throughout the years with my teammates Kat and Stace, and the strong bond I have always had with my sister, Christy, has only grown over the years. I feel that curling has helped shape me into the person I am today and I am very grateful for the many unique opportunities that have come my way because of curling.

Curling Highlights:
Players' Championship in Dawson Creek, 2010.
Ontario Provincial finalist in 2009, 2010.
Number 1 ranked team on Ontario Curling Tour Money List in 2009-2010

Questions and Answers
Who\What introduced you to Curling?
My parents introduced me to curling. But it was my father who pushed me throughout the junior years. I wanted to quit after the first year but he wouldn't let me and by the next year I loved the game.

Do you have any pre-game superstitions or rituals?
I have pre-game rituals but nothing too superstitious. My ritual usually just includes a warm-up, listening to music, and formulating a game plan with my team.

What is one shot you would like to try again?
I would love to have back my second last shot of the 9th end of the Junior provincial finals. It picked and resulted in me having to take a point in the 9th end which made us up 1 point without hammer in 10. You can probably guess the ultimate outcome of that game.
